The lessons
In order. Each one builds on the last. About three minutes each.
- What Buzz does for youYou say who. Buzz finds them, writes to them, and brings the replies back.
- Why most sales emails never get readBad data, blasts, spam filters and copy that could have gone to anyone.
- Why Buzz starts slow and builds upA new sending address earns trust first, so your emails land in the inbox, not in spam.
- Why Buzz emails from its own address, not your main oneYour everyday email stays safe no matter what happens to the outreach.
- Why Buzz sends a few a day, like a person wouldA few a day, a little more each day. Steady wins, and it keeps you out of spam.
- When someone says no, Buzz stops for goodEvery email has a way out. If a person opts out or an address is dead, Buzz never emails them again.
- Why the right person beats a bigger listTen owners who fit beat five hundred names that might.
- The four emails, and what each one is forA reason, a new angle, proof, a polite close. Short, in your voice, one question at most.
- Your Hive: how Buzz learns your businessTeach it once. Every search and every email uses it from then on.
- What a contact is, what a credit is, and what is freeA contact is a person you unlock. A credit is work Buzz does. Searching is free.
- Your first day: from sign-up to your first ten peopleTwenty minutes. No setup. Here is exactly what happens.
Cold email mastery
The craft behind the lessons: delivery, sending, writing. Read any one on its own. Where Buzz already does the thing, the guide says so.
DeliverabilityLand in the inbox, every time.
- Why most cold email never gets readIt is rarely the words. It is where the email landed.
- The complete deliverability checklistTwelve things that decide inbox or spam. Tick them once, check them monthly.
- The four records, explained for humansSPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX. What each one protects, in one line each.
- Why the strict policy is the right defaultTell inbox providers to reject anything that is not really you.
- Warming up: what it is and why you cannot skip itA new address earns trust by behaving normally before it does any work.
- Your address versus your domain: two reputationsOne belongs to the pipe. One belongs to you. Only one of them is worth protecting.
- The monthly self-auditTen minutes on the first of the month keeps the rest of the month clean.
SendingAddresses, domains and pace.
- The subdomain strategy, and why Buzz uses itOne clean sending domain, a few subdomains, a few addresses each. Your main domain never touches outreach.
- Sending limits and how many addresses you needA simple rule of thumb, no spreadsheet required.
- Why outreach lives on a separate addressYour main email is where invoices and customers live. Keep it out of this.
- Aged domains versus new onesOld is not the same as trusted. History matters more than age.
- Generic versus branded sending domainsLook like yourself. Random words look like spam because they usually are.
- How to recover a burned domain, and when to let it goSometimes it heals. Often it is cheaper to retire it.
- Scaling from 100 to 1,000 a day without breaking anythingMore addresses, more domains, same pace per address. Never faster per address.
- Unique sender names on every addressTen addresses called "Mike" on one domain is a pattern. Patterns get caught.
WritingSound like a person, not a campaign.
- How Buzz writes, and why it worksShort, plain, one true thing, one small question. Every rule here is checked before you approve.
- How filters spot templated email, and how to write like a personA thousand identical emails are easy to spot. So are the tells of machine writing.
- Ten mistakes that sink campaignsEvery one of these is common. Every one is avoidable.
- Spintax, and why Buzz writes real variation insteadSwapping "Hi" for "Hello" fools nobody. Different reasons do.
Getting startedThe whole thing, in order.

Find people by describing them1 min · Starter and up

- Add a must-have if you need one: "with a mobile number" or "with a work email".
- Buzz reads real titles and profiles, ranks the best matches and shows why each person fits.
- Narrow the result with filters without starting again.
Reveal and use a contact1 min
- The dots next to a person show what we have: work email, personal email, mobile, direct dial.
- Press "Reveal all contact details" to see them. That uses one contact.
- If a person has no email or phone, you are not charged.
- Everyone you reveal is saved in "Revealed contacts" under My lists.
Save people to a list1 min

How contacts and credits work1 min
- Contacts: one is used when you reveal or export a person. The free plan has 100 a month and they refill on their own.
- Searching, filtering, opening profiles and saving lists never use a contact.
